Cap Torque Tester and Packaging Control

The necklace tester is used to control the opening and ending necklace of product which are equipped with a torturing or wringing check cap. 

 

Circumscribing MACHINE Adaptation. 

It'll allow you to measure with perfection the necklace of the deforming head. 3 possible bias 

1-AT2E BT ETA Torque-wireless necklace bottle hand. ( Available also in interpretation" Top Cargo"-BT ETA Force to measure the axial cargo of the circumscribing head). 

 Advantage Maximum Necklace dimension under real conditions at the full product speed. Allows a quick preventative analysis of outfit without disassembling the machine. 

 

Disadvantages The statistics (Lot Number, Product Name, Operator Name, Number Line, respectable limits) aren't included in the captured data and should be handled independently. No print or data transfer capability. 

2-AT2E BT ETA 5- Grounded on the cap necklace tester TMV5 system 

Advantage All the functionality of TMV5 ( Touch Screen, Statistics, connections to printers or PC) Achieves nominal speed during the starting phase but doesn't correspond to full speed conditions. 

Allows for quick preventative analysis of outfit without disassembling the machine. Disadvantages Can not make measures at full speed. The bottle has to be placed inside the circumscribing machine 3 way before deforming head. Achieves nominal speed during the starting phase but doesn't correspond to full speed conditions.

Advantage All the functionality of TMV5 ( Touch Screen, Statistics, connections to printers or PC) with a stationary dimension. 

Disadvantages Depending on the circumscribing machine having enough space, some corridor may have to be removed. The dimension is made when the outfit is stopped so the results won't be 100 representative of full speed product. 

 Product LINE CONTROL 

 Once necklace forbearance have been defined, the cap necklace tester is used as a necklace control device on the finalproduct.However, the circumscribing machine needs to be acclimated, If the dimension are out of the limits. Depending on the product process, it could be necessary to control the opening necklace, 24hours after the packaging process. Temperature variations can modify product characteristic with a result of different necklace dimension. 

 

 PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT. 

This necklace tester is needed during the packaging design. It could be used as a destructive tester to identify if there's any material weakness of the packaging during the torturing process. It also allows to define the necklace forbearance of the circumscribing machine. The lower necklace limit is considered as the minimal pressure of the cap to avoid any leak of the product. This necklace test requirements to be combined with a leak test with secure seal analyzer. The advanced necklace limit is the maximum strength of the client to open the product.
